| Subject: Sonic comes to Nintendo's SSB Brawl Sun Oct 14, 2007 1:37 am | |
| Like a blast from the past, when the console wars consisted of the two gaming titans SEGA and Nintendo in almost cut-throat rivalry has been revived in a new fashion. That is right, instead of heated game nerd debates on "who could kick who's ass" between the past and present console megaliths now we finally put that answer to rest. How is it possible? Simple, for those like myself who would have laughed at the thought of a SEGA game on a Nintendo console now it's been taken one step farther - a SEGA character IN a NIntendo game?!?! Not just ANY SEGA character, but the mighty Sonic the Hedgehog himself. We're not talking about some watered down lame version of Sonic either, as it appears he comes fully equipped with his full arsenal of classic moves judging by the video on the official Smash Bros. Dojo, it is a must see. Now that age old question of who's got better moves can finally be put to rest, something I think both SEGA and Nintendo fans will be anticipating. Personally I've never played a Smash Bros. game, however from a retro gamer's perspective of this latest addition to the Smash Bros. line-up now has this tight wad now going to reserve a copy of this game. The idea of Mario and Sonic pitted together and against each other in an officially licensed game is mind boggling. Wow... | |
